Our 2-hour “Introduction to Yoga” workshop is perfect for anyone new to yoga or those who want a fresh look at the basics. We teach the fundamentals of a sound yoga practice, including foundational alignment in postures and breath. The goal of this workshop is to empower you to participate in our other classes.

My Yoga Pod experience as a random traveler through Denver was incredible! Making an online reservation was easy. Arriving and getting setup was quick. The facility was so nice! Very comfortable locker room. The class itself was fantastic. As my first time to try Forrest Yoga, John was an excellent guide. Helpful, positive and challenging. I hope to be able to enjoy this experience again soon!
